The USAID/Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services in Eastern Uganda (USAID RHITES-E) Activity is a five-year USAID funded activity supporting the Government of Uganda (GOU) and key stakeholders to increase availability and utilization of high-quality health services in 25 districts in Eastern Uganda and 5 in Karamoja, strengthening of health systems, improving the quality of integrated HIV/ AIDS, TB, maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH), Reproductive Health (RH), Nutrition and Malaria Services; increasing availability of, access to, and demand for these services with attention to equity and underserved populations.
The project started in 2017 and will be closing out on 30th September 2023. As part of the closeout process, RHITES-E takes this opportunity to notify the public, our clients/service providers, contractors who have worked with the project from 2017 todate to reconcile their accounts and submit their payment/outstanding claims to our offices in Mbale with adequate supporting documents not later than 21st July 2023. Any payment/outstanding claims submitted after 21st July 2023 will not be accepted.
Submission of claims must be sent through email: rhites-e-procurement@intrahealth.org or physically delivered to our offices in Mbale Plot 34/36 Bungokho Rd, Senior Quarters (Next to Mbale Resort Hotel)
