Role Summary:

Our client is hiring a Van Sales Personnel to drive sales, build customer relationships, and promote products across designated routes in Mukono, Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve targets in assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote and sell products to retailers and wholesalers.
• Manage stock, collections, and route planning.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and documentation.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a Business-related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
• This position is open to candidates between the ages of 24 and 30.
• Should be physically fit, honest, confident, and persuasive.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
