Musana Camps is dedicated to the Lordship of Christ in all areas of life and is distinct in both its philosophy and goals. All staff members and volunteers are representatives of Christ in every aspect of their work life, social life, and personal life.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

For that reason, all potential volunteers must:

• Subscribe to the camp's Statement of Faith. (Attached alongside the link to this form)
• Be willing to allow all aspects of their life to be examined.
• Answer some very personal questions regarding lifestyle and theology.
• Be willing to permit an examination of police and criminal records.
• Understand that references are required and that they will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail.
• Sign a volunteer’s contract upon acceptance.
• Sign Child Protection Policy
• Agree to model Jesus Christ in all of their activities and submit to Musana Camp's Code of Conduct.
• Be at least eighteen years old at the time they begin work. We on occasion make the exception for some individuals who are below 18 if they have written consent from a parent as well as a recommendation from one other mature Christian adult [not a relative]
