Responsibilities or duties

• Greet customers warmly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring correct items are delivered to the right tables.
• Upsell daily specials, appetizers, desserts, and premium beverages to enhance customer experience.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently after each course or meal service.
• Process customer payments via cash, card, or mobile money, using the POS system accurately.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
• Keep service areas, including side stations and dining spaces, clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for service shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
