JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly and professional Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a timely manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages professionally.
• Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Process bills and payments.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Neat appearance and punctuality.
