- The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at: The Procurement and Disposal Unit, 4th Floor UEDCL Tower, Plot 37 Nakasero Road, Kampala.
- A non-refundable fee for the bid document must be paid by all the interested bidders. Bid payment will be made by depositing money into the UEDCL bank account that the bidder is given upon submitting a formal letter of interest. Before the bidding document is released, an original banking slip must be provided as proof of payment.
- The deadline for bid submission shall be as stated in the bidding documents.
- The detailed bid notice is available at www.uedcl.co.ug and at www.ppda.go.ug.
