JOB DETAILS:

Background

MCCA Kisubi seeks to recruit a suitable qualified persons to the following Volunteer positions.

Responsibilities

Manage student admissions, enrollment, registration, and records management.

Maintain accurate academic transcripts, examination results, and student databases.

Coordinate the scheduling of classes, examinations, and academic calendars.

Oversee the graduation process, including verification of completion and award of certificates.

Ensure compliance with academic policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements.

Liaise with examination bodies and external moderators.

Produce statistical reports on student enrollment, performance, and retention.

Supervise the academic records team and ensure data confidentiality and security.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Masters, Degree, PHD

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
