Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices
• Record daily financial transactions and assist with bank, cash, and supplier reconciliations
• Maintain proper filing/documentation of financial records
• Support preparation of monthly financial reports, payroll, and statutory deductions
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure transactions are properly authorized and documented
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Accountant/Finance Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Professional qualifications (ATC, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) an added advantage
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in an accounting environment
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure/meet deadlines
