The Admin Driver provides safe and reliable transportation for staff, visitors, and goods, while also supporting general administrative tasks.
- Safe Driving: Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and organizational policies.
- Transport Staff & Visitors: Transport employees, clients, and visitors to/from offices, meetings, airports, and other locations as assigned.
- Goods Delivery: Transport goods, documents, and packages to various destinations in a timely manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily vehicle inspections (oil, fuel, tires, lights) and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Vehicle Cleanliness: Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Fuel Management: Monitor fuel levels and ensure timely refueling, maintaining accurate fuel logs.
- Log Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle service history.
- General Support: Assist with clerical duties, office errands, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies regarding vehicle use and safety.
