Job Description

Supports the Enterprise Banking Hub with day-to-day portfolio administration, client servicing, sales, operations and credit management. Ensures that client requests are fulfilled efficiently, portfolio risks are actively managed and all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

A first degree in Business Commerce or a related discipline from a recognised Institute.

Atleast four years’ relevant banking experience, including exposure to account analysis, lending principles, credit applications, sales and client servicing.

Experience in an account support, client service support, credit or retail credit collections environment.

Strong analytical ability and sound interpretation of financial and portfolio data.

Client focus, clear communication and confidence in engaging internal and external stakeholders.

Good knowledge of business banking products, account-opening processes and product-related systems.

Strong risk awareness, attention to detail and disciplined adherence to procedures.

Effective planning, prioritisation, problem-solving and delivery against deadlines.

A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and commitment to continuous improvement.
