Background information about the job or company:
The Assistant Commissioner, Road Transport Regulation and Safety will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of road transport policies, safety, and regulations in Uganda.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in the formulation of road transport policies, laws, and programs
- Coordinating road safety research and awareness programs
- Managing staff and assets of the division
- Preparing plans, budgets, and reports
Qualifications:
- Honours Bachelor’s Degree in specified fields
- Masters Degree in Transport Management or related field
- Minimum of 9 years relevant working experience
Experience needed:
Minimum of 9 years relevant working experience, with 3 years at Principal level in Government
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 108
Level of Education: bachelor degree
