Description

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting workforce planning and recruitment coordination by aligning staffing activities with approved workforce requirements, managing vacancy requests, and coordinating recruitment processes to meet organizational staffing needs.

Managing recruitment sourcing and candidate attraction activities by preparing and publishing accurate job advertisements, maintaining applicant databases, and developing talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.

Coordinating candidate screening and selection processes by reviewing applications, supporting shortlisting against approved job requirements, coordinating interviews, facilitating assessments, conducting reference checks, and maintaining selection documentation.

Conducting employee background verification and pre-employment checks by coordinating reference checks, academic and professional qualification verification, employment history validation, background screening, and other pre-employment due diligence to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Managing recruitment documentation and compliance requirements by maintaining complete vacancy approvals, candidate records, evaluation forms, recruitment reports, and selection records in line with organizational policies and governance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in Human Resource, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Bachelor of Human Resource, Business Administration, organizational psychology, Records Management or related field
