BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING
Land cruiser Prado Adventure plus Black- EACAA/SUPLS/26-27/00042

1. The East African Civil Aviation Academy has been allocated funds for the acquisition of a Brand-New Land Cruiser Prado Adventures Plus Black in Colour.
2. The East African Civil Aviation Academy now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supply.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM during office hours.
5. The bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (One hundred thousand shillings only). The method of payment will be through East African Civil Aviation Academy Account at Stanbic Bank Soroti Branch Account No. 903000579501.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) or before at 11:00am on 14th October, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:30 am on 14th October, 2026.
7. There shall not be a pre - bid meeting
