The Core Banking System Specialist will report to the Manager Customer Applications and will be based at Head office. A CBS Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end administration, support, optimization, and integrity of the Core Banking System, ensuring its continuous availability, performance, and alignment with business requirements. The role encompasses managing system configurations, supporting day-to-day operations, resolving incidents, and safeguarding data accuracy, while ensuring that the Core Banking System consistently supports business processes in a secure, compliant, and efficient manner.
