Background

Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring experienced Depot Operatives for a client in the oil and gas sector. The role is responsible for safe and compliant loading and offloading, equipment inspections, accurate product measurement, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Verify that road tankers meet all terminal safety, inspection, and loading/offloading requirements before operations commence.

Conduct pre-loading and offloading safety and compliance checks on trucks and equipment.

Ensure loading and offloading of authorized products in approved quantities only.

Accurately complete daily meter readings and loading records after each operation.

Inspect loading and offloading equipment and promptly report defects to the Depot Supervisor.

Perform daily tank gauging and ensure accurate product measurement and reconciliation.

Comply with all company policies, statutory regulations, and safety procedures always.

Identify and report unsafe working conditions, incidents, or non-compliance immediately.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field,

One year of experience in an engineering or depot environment.

Good mechanical knowledge and basic equipment maintenance understanding.

Computer literate with strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills, professional judgment, and high integrity.

Additional professional training and oil and gas experience are an added advantage.
