Background

Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring an experienced Digital Power Solutions Manager for our client in the telecommunications sector. The position is responsible for leading the design, deployment, optimization, and management of digital power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external technical communication to align customer requirements, technical needs, and solution objectives.
• Clarify customer technical requirements, address queries, and present appropriate solutions.
• Design solutions that meet customer requirements, technical specifications, and project objectives.
• Configure products and provide technical input for proposals, solution development, and project delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, R&D, and relevant teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of technical and project issues, ensuring timely closure.
• Support the launch and promotion of new products and solutions through technical enablement and market support.
• Provide technical support for key projects, customer engagements, and business opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitor developments, and customer needs to identify solution improvement opportunities.
• Enhance solution competitiveness and value propositions based on market insights, customer feedback, and business requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of energy storage, PV, power supply, data center energy, or related technologies.
• Experience in pre-sales solution design, product selection, configuration, and technical support.
• Understanding of go-to-market activities, product launches, and project support processes.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes.
• Ability to conduct competitor analysis and identify market and solution opportunities.
• Strong technical communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
