Uganda Law Society is hiring Drivers (6) with the following key duties and responsibilities;

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transportation Services
• Vehicle Maintenance and Care
• Record Keeping- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks (mileage, fuel usage, trips).
• Submit periodic vehicle status reports.
• Assist with minor administrative and logistical tasks when required.
• Support field operations and staff movements during official activities.
• Be available for assignments outside normal working hours when necessary.
• And any other duties assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE).
• Valid driving permit (Class B, CM, DL or equivalent).
• At least 3—5 years of driving experience, preferably in an NGO or corporate setting.
• Defensive driving training is an added advantage.

Desirable Competencies

• Good knowledge of road networks within Kampala and upcountry.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and reliability.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
