Applications must be filled in triplicate on PSC Form 3 (Revised 2008) and should be addressed to the Secretary, Buliisa District Service Commission P.O Box 228 Masindi. The application forms can be obtained from any District/City Service Commission country wide, Public Service Commission offices, 2nd floor Farmers’ House, Kampala or can be downloaded from the Public Service Commission website:.
