JOB DETAILS:
Background
UETCL is a leading electricity transmission company in Uganda. We are committed to providing reliable and efficient electricity transmission services across the country. We are currently seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Electrical Fitter to join our team.
Responsibilities
The Electrical Fitter will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This includes troubleshooting electrical issues, performing routine inspections, and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical fitting and maintenance. Specific qualifications and experience requirements are detailed in the application process.
Reporting Structure
This role reports to the Maintenance Engineer (Substations) within the Network Operations & Maintenance department.
