Job Summary:  To ensure the effective maintenance, operation, and reliability of all electrical systems and related equipment across the facility through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team supervision. The role ensures uninterrupted production processes and optimal performance of the company’s infrastructure.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance on all electrical systems in accordance with established schedules and standards.
- Supervise and guide the team to maintain high performance and maximize results.
- Organize and manage spares and materials to maximize operational efficiency and minimize waste or loss.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults on electrical installations to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Keep daily operational records up to date, including light askari activities, duty rosters, and routine maintenance logs, to support effective planning and accountability.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical systems.
- A minimum experience of 2-4 years working in preferably in an industrial setup.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
