JOB DETAILS:
JOB SUMMARY
On behalf of our client in the construction sector, we are seeking a General Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen commercial performance, oversee financial and operational results and build high-performing teams to deliver sustainable results.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
MBA or equivalent management training preferred
Minimum 7 years’ experience in business development, including at least 3 years in senior management
Proven track record in business development, operational leadership, and organizational management
Experience managing multi-business or multi-entity operations desirable
Exposure to corporate governance and professionally managed organizations is a plus
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
