JOB DETAILS:

Xclusive Uganda is hiring a Greenhouse In-charge Young Plants with the following key duties and responsibilities;

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of Irrigation processes, EC/PH measurements, dry spots, flushing dripline, and reporting leakages.
• Ensuring pests and diseases are under control.
• Physical spraying.
• Timely climate control.
• Ensure greenhouse maintenance and hygiene.
• Monitoring spray men checklist on daily basis and training them accordingly.
• General Plant caring and growth monitoring.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma in Agricultural related course.
• Experience of 2 years and above in agriculture production field is an added advantage.
• Paying attention to details, with good communication skills.
• Being able to physically spray.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
