Background

MCCCA Kisubi seeks to recruit a suitable qualified persons to the following Volunteer positions.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of student hostels and accommodation facilities.

• Oversee room allocation, check-in/check-out processes, and occupancy records.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of hostel facilities.
• Supervise hostel staff, including cleaners, maintenance personnel, and security.
• Handle student queries, complaints, and disciplinary matters related to hostels.
• Manage hostel budgets, including utilities, supplies, and maintenance costs.
• Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Liaise with the Dean of Students and other departments on student welfare matters.
• Qualifications
• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Masters, Degree, PHD

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
