Bids must be accompanied with the following documents:

• Certificate of Incorporation

• Memorandum and Articles of Association

• Company profile, Address/contact with details of key personnel.

• A copy of Trading License for the year 2025

• A copy of valid tax clearance certificate

• Certificate of Registration for Tax (TIN)

• A non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 should be paid to: Centenary Bank, A/C Name St. John Sec. School Wakitaka, A/C No.: 4310600125
