- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9:00am to 4:00pm
- The Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(c) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings, One Hundred Thousand only) for each. The method of payment will be through the Uganda Heart Institute's Account Section on Block C Ward 2 New Mulago
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) or before 11:00am on 14th/10/2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as above. Bid security must be valid until 14th February, 2027. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:30am on 14th/10/2026
- There shall not be a pre-bid meeting
- Bidders should note the following:
a. Documents may be inspected at: UHI PDU Office at 6C
b. Documents will be issued from: UHI PDU Office at 6C
c. Bids must be delivered to: UHI PDU Office at 6C
