NIRA invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the following:

Bidding Details

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method under Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2016.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents at:
Procurement & Disposal Unit, NIRA Headquarters, Kololo Independence Grounds, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (working days). -
Bidding documents (English) may be purchased upon:

Submission of a written application.

Payment of a non-refundable fee as specified above.

Proof of payment (bank slip) must be presented.

Bid Submission:

Deadline: 11:00 AM on 5th September 2025.

Bid Opening: 11:30 AM on the same day at NIRA Headquarters.
