JOB DETAILS:

• Job Summary: To manage and maintain all of the hotel's technology systems, ensuring they are operational, secure, and efficient.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Property Management System (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support to all hotel departments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Officer, preferably in a hotel.
  • Knowledge of hotel-specific software (PMS) is highly desirable.
