JOB DETAILS:

• Job Summary: To ensure the kitchen and all service equipment are impeccably clean, sanitized, and stored properly, supporting the smooth operation of the culinary team.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and surfaces in the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Manage dishwashing area and operate dishwashing machines.
  • Assist with waste disposal and recycling.
  • Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Qualifications:
  • No formal education required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards is a plus.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
