Medical Access‘ mission is to enhance human health by providing efficient and sustainable health care supply chain management solutions. For the last 22 years Medical Access has been delivering lifesaving medicines to the people of Uganda.
The Leadership Training Programme (LTP) is our graduate development initiative that off ers talented graduates the opportunity to team and practice health care supply chain management at Medical Access and related affiliates. The Programme is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders. Successful candidates will get an opportunity to train in areas including Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Database Management and Programing, Laboratory Supply Chain Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Sales and Marketing, Grants and Finance Management..

QUALIFICATIONS
The competition for places our graduate programme is strong, so applicants need to demonstrate a history of academic excellence. We are looking for graduates with a degree in Statistics, Accounting, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Biomedical Laboratory. Biochemistry, Marketing, Pharmacy and Laboratory. Diploma holders in Electro Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory Technology, Clinical Medicine, Orthopedic Medicine and Pharmacy Technicians are also eligible to apply. Interested candidates should have graduated either within the last two years or just finished university.
