Ministry of Agriculture, Animal and FisheriesThe Government ot Uganda (GoU) has received credit trom the lnternational Fund for Agricultural Developrnent (lFAD) towards tinancing a ten-year National Oil Palm Project (NOPP). The project will be implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture Animal lndustry and Fisheries (MAAIF) as the Lead Agency. lrnplementation will also involve other partners including other Ministries, agencies, District Local Governments and private sector players with strong public and private sector partnership in project implementation

7. Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant
The M&E Assistant will perform data and reporting support functions and will overall be in charge ot ensuring the proiect data hases are regularly updated. The M&E Assistant will report to the ME&l_ Manager out also work under the close supervision ot the M&E Officer
