Ministry of Agriculture, Animal and FisheriesThe Government ot Uganda (GoU) has received credit trom the lnternational Fund for Agricultural Developrnent (lFAD) towards tinancing a ten-year National Oil Palm Project (NOPP). The project will be implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture Animal lndustry and Fisheries (MAAIF) as the Lead Agency. lrnplementation will also involve other partners including other Ministries, agencies, District Local Governments and private sector players with strong public and private sector partnership in project irnplementation

Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (ME&L) Manager Reporting to the Project Manager, the ME &L Manager will have overall responsibility for the coordination ot the timely establishment, operation and maintenance oi the Protect M&E system; tor the generation oi knowledge and evidence: and tor the comniunication oi Project activities achievements and lessons learned He/she will also have specific responsibility for managing “Policy and Institutional Support for Oil Palm Sector development '.
