Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst

Area: Kampala

Job Overview

Career counseling service

The NOC Analyst is responsible for real-time monitoring. incident management, and performance assurance of Yongeza Capital’s battery swap stations, loT devices, backend platforms, payment systems, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Real-Time Monitoring & Operations
• Incident & Escalation Management
• Revenue & Fraud Monitoring
• Data Reporting & Analytics
• Systems & Process Compliance

Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years in NOC, SOC, telecom, energy, or loT operations.
• Experience with distributed infrastructure is an advantage

Technical Skills

• NOC dashboards and ticketing systems.
• loT systems and device connectivity.
• Basic networking (IP, GSM/LTE).
• Excel or Google Sheets reporting.
• Fintech or mobile money systems (advantage)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
