Key Responsibilities
Drive overall operations, production and project delivery to ensure efficiency, quality standards and timely completion.Lead business development, sales and marketing initiatives to grow revenue, expand market share and achieve set targets.Manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships, ensuring strong performance, collaboration and high customer satisfaction.
Education & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Additional Details
At least 5 years of experience in operations, production or general management preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry.Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales growth, oversee projects and deliver strong financial and operational results.
