Overview:
CPP is seeking an experienced Pipeline Supervisor to oversee all phases of a major oil and gas pipeline project. This role ensures safety, quality, and compliance while leading teams and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end pipeline project phases, including construction, maintenance, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all activities.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture.
- Oversee resource allocation, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum) or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in oil and gas pipeline projects.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of pipeline construction and maintenance.
- Safety-focused mindset with knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
