JOB DETAILS:

Location: International Oil & Gas Pipeline Project

Overview:
CPP is looking for a Planning Coordinator to manage project interfaces and ensure progress tracking for a major oil and gas pipeline project.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project interfaces across engineering, construction, and subcontractor teams.
• Manage interface documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Track changes and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Facilitate communication among teams to support project milestones.
• Monitor progress and report updates to project management.
• Resolve interface-related issues to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in interface management for pipeline projects.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate team collaboration.
• Project coordination skills to manage multiple interfaces.
• Problem-solving abilities to address interface challenges.
• Attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
