Description

Paper Toils Uganda Limited is hiring a disciplined and results-driven Plant Manager to lead our paper manufacturing operations.

The Plant Manager will be responsible for:

• Delivering production targets.
• Controlling factory operating costs.
• Enforcing labour discipline and structure.
• Driving operational efficiency and accountability.
• Ensuring safe and compliant factory operations.

Job Requirements

Required Profile

Education

• Degree in Industrial Management, Manufacturing Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.Primary & Secondary Schooling (K-12)
• Engineering background is welcome but not mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• At least 3 years in a senior operations or plant leadership role.
• Experience in continuous process industries (FMCG, packaging, manufacturing, industrial production) preferred.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 84

Level of Education: bachelor degree
