Bunyangabu District Local Government is expecting funding from GOU and development partner’s, part of which it intends to use for procurement of goods, services and works in the financial year 2026/2027, and identified items to procure through competitive bidding. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible and interested bidders as detailed below.

1. Supply of Live-Stock, Tools, improved planting Materials and fisheries

2. Supply of assorted medical equipment

3. Supply of solar systems and equipment’s, lightening arresters and electrical appliance systems

4. Supply of wheel chairs, assistive devices and other appliances for PWDs

5. Supply of music instruments

6. Supply of cleaning materials

SERVICES

1. Sign posts and engraving services

2. Architectural Designs, physical planning & survey services

3. Design and documentation of gis

WORKS/ CONSTRUCTION

1. Drilling and installation of hand pump boreholes

2. Construction /Rehabilitation of gravity flow schemes

3. Construction of bridges/supply of bridge materials

4. Building/construction/Rehabilitation, of Government Buildings, schools, and staff houses including fencing

5. Construction/Rehabilitation of hand dug wells/ Shallow wells & water springs

6. Construction of VIP latrines/Ecosan Toilets

7. Supply of irrigation equipment and installation of irrigation systems

FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS

1. Printing Services for General Office stationery

2. Supply of Stationery, toner, Office Equipment & computer consumables

3. Supply of fuel, lubricants, Batteries, tyres, tubes & Servicing of vehicles

4. Supply of gravel/ murram, sand, road lime, primer, bitumen, stone aggregates, stone dust, cement and other construction materials.

5. Supply of Reinforced concrete culverts

6. Repair and maintenance of District motorcycles

7. Maintenance and cleaning of compound, offices and Toilets at the District HQTR.

8. Hire of road equipment i.e. excavators, Installation and servicing

9. Repair, maintenance and servicing of District vehicles

10. Provision Media services (print and radio)

11. Repair and Maintenance of computers printers and photocopiers

12. Provision of catering services, venue for workshops/ meeting

RESERVED FOR SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS (women, youth and PWDs)

1. Supply and engraving of School and Office furniture and fittings

2. Supply, of Computers, photocopiers, printers, GPS, Accessories and related electronics

3. Supply of co-curricular materials/sports equipment.

4. Supply of Bee Hives, Teste Traps and venom collectors

5. All works and supplies whose value is within the reservation scheme threshold (10millions)

ASSOCIATIONS/CBOs under these categories are encouraged to bid and must enclose in their applications the following

1. Valid trading license,

2. URSB registration

3. PPDA registration

4. Any other relevant document and information you may think appropriate to supplement your bid

CONDITIONS OF TENDER (find details in the Prequalification bid documents)

i. Each item should be applied for separately
ii. Bidders will pay a nonrefundable fee of 50000/= (fifty thousand shillings only)
iii. Payment shall be made to Uganda revenue authority using IRAS
iv. Evidence of payment shall be made which will then be presented to the district cashier to obtain a general receipt which shall be subsequently presented to the procurement and disposal unit to be registered and obtain a bid document. In addition to the original document, the number of copies required are two and must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marking the subject and address below:
