1. National Water & Sewerage Corporation is in the process of qualifying Providers for Works, Services and Supplies for FY 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028 -2029.

2. Applicants are invited from linked, eligible, completed and reputable firms for provision of goods, works and services for the financial years FY 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028 -2029.

3. The pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with the open Domestic procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, CAP 205.

4. The Applicant documents shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the address indicated in 8 below, clearly marked Application for prequalification of Supplies, Works or Services for the period of FY 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028 -2029.

5. Bidders are encouraged to guide the reference code(s) indicated in the standard bidding document for ease of reference in the template provided.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and obtaining a payment advice slip from the address above at: (6) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 in cash at a Local Bank. The document should be collected by the prospective bidder or its representative. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

8. Pre-qualification documents (bid) both in hard and soft copy should be submitted to NWSC- International Resource Centre (IREC) - Bugolobi by 11:00 AM on 23/10/2025. Late pre-qualification Applications will be rejected.
