Marie Stopes UG (MSUG) has been working to provide voluntary family planning (FP) services to thousands of men and women across the country. MSUG is the largest, most specialized private FP and reproductive health (RH) organization working in every district of Uganda with approximately 64% of modern contraceptive market share for Long Acting and Permanent contraceptive methods. 90% of our clients are women living in rural and underserved areas where health services, particularly family planning are not readily available. MSUG is a key implementing partner of the Ministry of Health, particularly the division of Reproductive Health at Central, Regional and District levels. MSUG receives funding from UNFPA and other donors.

Objective:
Marie Stopes UG hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for: Prequalification of providers and establishment of framework contracts for the procurement categories indicated below:

10 Supply of non-medical and personal protective equipment (tents and tarpaulins, gumboots, raincoats, mosquito nets, ordinary beddings, work helmets, riding gear and gloves)
11 Provision of internal and external branding services e.g., branding of vehicles, window markings, exterior led/pylon signages, billboards etc.
12 Provision of air ticketing and travel agency services
13 Provision of language translation services
14 Provision of network infrastructure services, data communication services, computer networks and structured cabling
15 Provision of consultancy services - financial management, procurement, risk and auditing, contact centre training, research/ survey or market study services and human resource services like staff recruitment, training and other HR related services

18 Provision of Videography & Photography services

19 Provision of minor construction services; including renovations, office partitioning, general refurbishment, plumbing and drainage works, painting works, wiring and electrical installation services

LOT 3 REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS UNDER FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT

22 Provision of hotel accommodation & conference facilities (Central, Eastern, Western and Northern Uganda)
23 Provision of vehicle hire services, 4wd station wagons, vans and trucks
24 Provision of cleaning, sanitary, fumigation and pest control services
25 Servicing and maintenance of power generation equipment (generators, inverters, batteries)
26 Supply and maintenance of air conditioners
27 Supply and maintenance of firefighting equipment
28 Designing and supply of corporate uniforms and branded apparel
29 Provision of valuation and disposal services (assets and stock etc.)
30 Provision of civil engineering consultancy services, including the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical drawings, and project supervision
31 Consultancy services covering assessment, supervision, and advisory support for AC, generator, electrical power, and fire alarm systems
32 Provision of Security Services
33 Destruction of failed/damaged/expired pharmaceutical waste
34 Provision of vehicle repair, and maintenance services

Only prequalified firms will be requested to provide competitive quotations for goods/services listed above as and when needed. MSUG reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or part at its discretion.

The pre-qualification and RFP documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx.100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only) per category. Payments will be made to Marie Stopes Uganda-MS Ladies Stanbic A/C 903014216129, Forest mall. A bidder may participate in any of the three lots. Each category must be paid for and submitted separately in a sealed envelope, clearly indicating the lot number, category item, and supplier details. The bidding document must be picked in person or by representatives of suppliers upon presentation of a receipt and an application letter to our Procurement & Disposal unit.
