Background

MCCAK Kisubi seeks to recruit suitable qualified persons to the following Volunteer positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership and vision for the college.
• Oversee academic, administrative, and financial operations to ensure institutional goals are met.
• Represent the college to external stakeholders, including government bodies, partners, and the community.
• Approve budgets, policies, curriculum changes, and staff appointments.
• Ensure compliance with national education regulations and accreditation standards.
• Foster a positive institutional culture that promotes excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.
• Chair board meetings, academic committees, and senior management gatherings.
• Monitor institutional performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Qualifications
• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Masters, Degree, PHD
