JOB DETAILS:

Description

Anitex and Diva Cosmetics – SMC Ltd is hiring a Production Manager (3) to oversee all production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality assurance, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• a. Plan and supervise daily production activities.
• b. Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards.
• c. Monitor production targets and optimize resource utilization.
• d. Coordinate timely maintenance of all production equipment.
• e. Supervise production staff and enforce performance standards.

Minimum Requirements

• i. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• ii. Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or cosmetics production.
• iii. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• iv. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and ISO 22716.

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
