Position: Promoter/Agronomist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collet orders from reletive area;
• Conduct farmer field demonstrations at least once per week
• Organize and deliver farmer seminars for product promotion (at least once per week)
• Support key customers in promoting and applying company products
• Identify farmer challenges, analyze market needs, and provide feedback on market demand
• Test new agrochemical products and prepare detailed reports
• Provide technical support and solve farmers’ and customers’ problems
• Perform other duties related to agrochemical promotion and marketing

Work Locations:

• Eastern Region – Soroti
• Northern Region – Gulu
• Western Region – (depend)
• Southern Region – Masaka, Mbarara

Position: Company Assistant

We are looking for a self-motivated and positive Company Assistant to support the sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will assist with field marketing activities, promote company products, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in marketing and selling company products.
• Conduct field visits to support sales and marketing activities.
• Communicate with customers and respond to their inquiries professionally.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Support other duties assigned by management related to sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Sex: Female
• Age: Less than 30 years
• Academic Performance: GPA above 4.0
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive working attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross salary: To be discussed during the interview
• Comprehensive training in agrochemical knowledge will be provided upon joining

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
