Job Summary:  To support the implementation and maintenance of quality standards by supervising inspection activities, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role contributes to continuous improvement and consistency in product quality through effective leadership, accurate reporting, and process optimization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily quality inspections of harvested products to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal quality standards.
- Monitor the productivity and performance of the quality checking team, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
- Train and mentor, the quality checking team on company standards, procedures, and best practices to enhance their technical competence and understanding of quality requirements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all quality inspections and team performance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical systems.
- A minimum experience of 3-5 Years experience in quality assurance or management or control.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
