Responsibilities or duties

You'll conduct routine safety inspections, monitor HSE policies and risk assessments, deliver worker inductions and toolbox talks, investigate incidents, and oversee traffic and haul-road safety across our high-risk activities.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

We're looking for a qualified, competent and committed 25–30 year old Ugandan with a diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Safety or a related field, solid knowledge of Uganda's OHS requirements, and strong report-writing and communication skills.

Experience needed

2–3 years' safety experience (mining, construction or manufacturing preferred).

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
