Job application procedure

Applications must be submitted in triplicate on PSC Form 3 (Revised 2008), and on ESC Form No. 3 (1998) (Revised) for teachers and addressed to, the Secretary, District Service Commission, Sironko District, P.O. Box, 34, Sironko to be received not later than 30th December 2025.

Applicants must attach certified copies of all academic certificates and transcripts; registration certificates, (online Registration Certificates for teachers), a photocopy of the National Identity card, CV, three (3) recent coloured passport photographs, and any other relevant documents like appointment and confirmation letters for serving officers.

Serving officers must route their applications through their responsible officers who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delay and should not have reached the mandatory retirement age of 60 years. Applicants who are not currently in the civil service should be below 50 years of age. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Applicants who will not hear from us on conclusion of the recruitment exercise should consider themselves unsuccessful.
