Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business outcomes.
• Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, risk assessment, and strategic relevance.
• Drive change management and transformation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Advanced Stakeholder Management
• Engage and manage relationships with executive sponsors, steering committees, contractors, and external partners.
• Balance competing stakeholder priorities to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
• Facilitate negotiation, issue resolution, and communication across senior-level stakeholders.
• Program & Portfolio Management
• Oversee multiple related projects under a unified program structure.
• Manage portfolio governance, investment prioritization, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration across various disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project or program management, preferably with IT infrastructure or data center projects.
• Professional certification required: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional projects involving civil, electrical, IT systems, and cooling infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
