The Social Media & Content Associate will work under the Marketing Manager to create and manage digital
content that captures Majibu Africa’s mission and connects with customers across social media platforms. This role blends storytelling, photography, videography, and community engagement. You’ll be the creative force
behind our online presence — showcasing our impact, promoting our products, and amplifying customer stories that inspire change.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) across social media.
• Develop and manage content calendars with the Marketing Manager.
• Write captivating captions aligned with Majibu Africa’s voice and values.
• Engage with online audiences and respond to messages and comments.
• Capture field content from installations, customer stories, and community events.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
• Track and report social media performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and propose creative ways to grow engagement.

Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media or creating digital content.
• Skilled in photography, videography, and basic editing (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and creative.

• Team player with attention to detail.
• Innovative and adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Willing to travel and create content from the field.
