JOB DETAILS:

• Job Summary: To receive, store, and issue all hotel supplies, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the storeroom is organized and secure.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect all incoming goods against purchase orders.
  • Store items in an organized manner, using FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
  • Issue supplies to departments upon receipt of authorized requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts.
  • Keep the storeroom clean, secure, and pest-free.
• Qualifications:
  • Experience in storekeeping or inventory control.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
  • Honesty and integrity.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
