VIEWING:

1. Viewing of these associations shall be done as "WHERE IS." If one would have been a "WARNING," I agree from Monday to Thursday, and between 9:00AM – 10:00PM on Friday.

2. Viewing of states, shall BEGINSTAND on Thursday, 29th September 2025, and CLOSE on Monday, October 17th, 2025.

3. Staffing all staff on 25th September and during 7th October 2025.

4. By opening all files place on Monday, April 28th, 2025 at 1/8am at the ChildFund Uganda Country office.

BID INFORMATION:

Tenber documents with detailed information can be obtained from Children's Office on RX 7.072, Nammersho Road, Kampala during the above-mentioned time up or payment of merchandise fees as indicated below.

1. Ushs 100,000= for Vehicles and Motorcycles

2. Ushs 50,000= for Financial Services

3. Ushs 200,000 for Rentals and Equipment

4. Ushs 300,000 for Rentals & Futures

5. MODE: Payments will be made by the Cashier in cash at the Cashier's Office.

The Seasep of documents clearly MARKED with the LOT NUMBER of the items you are agreeing for shall be returned to the above meeting and explained in the header Bill Box placed at Reception.

1. The Deadline for viewing the assets is Monday, October 19th, 2025.

2. The Deadline will demonstrate of the tenber applications in Friday, October 17th, 2025, at 1/8am.

3. This bill specifies Bill be on Monday, October 17th, 2025, at 10:00AM at ChildFund Uganda Country Office.

4. Successful Brokers MODE make full payments within one week from the bid opening date.

5. Insurance holders may attend the bid opening exercise.

6. For motor vehicles and motorcycles, successful holders shall be handed over to motor vehicles and the motorcycles after Bill arrives and transfer of ownership for the side meets.

7. List submission of tenber documents shall be rejected.
