The Loader is responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, and moving materials and products in warehouses, storage yards, or manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
• Ensure accurate loading of items as per dispatch lists or supervisor instructions.
• Stack goods in designated storage areas following safety protocols.
• Use lifting equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
• Check items for damage, quality, and quantity during loading and unloading.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the loading/unloading area.
• Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock arrangement when required.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and warehouse team to ensure timely movement of goods.

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum O-Level (UCE) or equivalent;
• Ability to perform physical tasks for long periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Working in various weather conditions (if job is outdoors)
